- The newly restructured Howard Johnson Mediterranea Hotel and Suites is located in a typical Maltese fishing village opposite the island where the Apostle St. Paul was shipwrecked. It is in an idyllic position, located on top of a hill, which commends a breathtaking view of the picturesque fishing harbour. The bay just below the complex offers excellent aquatic sports, bathing facilities & daily boat trips to Malta's sister islands Gozo & Comino, are also available. A casino, cinema, local taverns & bars, & other various entertainment spots are only a few minutes away. The main public bus route, leading to the island's main attractions such as the historical Capital City Valletta & the Medieval city of Mdina, is just outside the hotel.
